The hotel's central location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The staff are friendly and available 24/7. The hotel were very good too help me retrieve a lost passport.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps away from the bustling Taksim square. It is also very close to the Funicular, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing printed guides and maps of recommended places in the area. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, and the rooms come with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable and offers good service.
The surrounding area of the hotel is not the safest, with protests and unrest sometimes occurring nearby.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are large and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a good-sized shower in the bath. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with Taksim Square just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find everything you need.
No improvements needed, everything was great.

Convenient location near Taksim Square, visa center, Istiklal St., and transport. Quiet at night. Fridge in room. Helpful owner went above and beyond to retrieve lost passport, contacting embassy, buying dinner, and escorting to police station. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, renovated rooms with comfortable beds, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Reasonable prices.
