The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing printed guides and maps of recommended places in the area. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, and the rooms come with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable and offers good service.
The surrounding area of the hotel is not the safest, with protests and unrest sometimes occurring nearby.

Convenient location near Taksim Square, visa center, Istiklal St., and transport. Quiet at night. Fridge in room. Helpful owner went above and beyond to retrieve lost passport, contacting embassy, buying dinner, and escorting to police station. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, renovated rooms with comfortable beds, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Reasonable prices.
